Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK, but room for improvement. -Many items don't readily show where data was entered from previous year, causing me to have to re-learn where to enter things, like miscellaneous income. -Rounding to the nearest whole dollar is FORCED upon you, even when it works against you. This is especially troublesome when items being added up are rounded, leading to a total that is AGAIN rounded, leading to greater inaccuracy than if I simply did it all on paper. -Site is glitchy. I walked away in the middle of entering interest income. After coming back to finish, I almost missed that the interest from one of my banks was entered twice, which means I would have paid more tax. I definitely did NOT enter it twice, the site just didn't like that I stopped in the middle of it. -Some method of highlighting sections that were used/filled in the previous year would be helpful. An option to NOT round is needed.

Providing the option to communicate with both a tax prep assistant and tax expert is so convenient with the various avenues (in my case, it was voicecall, text message and email). The remote computer feature helped tremendously when the tax prep assistant was giving direction on where to upload documents. Messaging the tax expert was simple and easy that even people who aren't "tech-savvy" can navigate. The tax expert and tax prep assistant were wonderful; shout out to them. Overall, an 11/10 experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to better explain state returns. Federal return was straightforward, but doing state returns was very confusing because I moved from one state to another in the middle of the year and Turbo Tax did not adequately explain about income being double taxed.
