Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use them, you will not regret it! I had a tax expert who was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and get my (confusing to me) taxes done painlessly and quickly. I will definitely be using Turbotax to file my taxes every year from here on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As simple as I can imagine it getting I don't mind taxes but I loathe the paperwork, so I paid an accountant for years until she passed away. The next season, a friend walked me through doing them myself and used TurboTax to do it. I was thoroughly impressed with the simplicity and the constant 'hand holding' reassurance through various prompts, mainly the constant display of where you actually stand in terms of big numbers at the top of every page. It's intriguing to see just how every items affects your final return in real time, in contrast to waiting until the end of a filing session to get a result, not knowing which actions affected you positively or negatively. Another benefit for me was how much demystification occurs. This educational experience alone is worth it for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax kept trying to open a new return over & o For some reason this year, TurboTax kept trying to open a second new return after I had saved and closed for a break .... it never did this before and it made me a bit concerned that it had everything saved. When checking it seemed to. I have used TurboTax for many years...decades....and never had this issue before...
