Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Service, but sneaky upgrades I had a good experience, I did have to pay for a complex file. However I did upgrade to a deluxe file, so I could get help with an expert. They did try to sneak in an additional fee; to have someone look over my taxes before I filed. But I stated that it was covered in the fee I had already paid for and would not be paying extra.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Online Turbo Tax is horrible We have used a downloadable TurboTax for years without problems. This year we could not download off line, so we filed online. The software was more difficult to use, we had no choice but to e-file, which cost more money than originally advertised. Also, kept pulling in numbers which didn't make any sense. If you are going to use Turbo Tax to file online, I highly recommend knowing it will cost you more, take more time to load and the software is less user friendly.

Not knowing who to trust to do the job I jumped online and checked out Turbo-Tax!!! It was PAINLESS! they have a reference for for everything! Done and Done WooHoo! Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK Tubro tax was just ok this year. Everytime there was an update it never would install. It required me to delete the current version and reinstall to get the updates.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointed in two things this year Your system would not let me pay the fee to e-file my state return. I tried several times and spent a couple of hours on the phone with your technicians and it still wouldn't work. Also, your system would not let me print one-sided, but kept printing front and back.
