Rated 1 out of 5 by from Messed Up 2019 and Never Gave Me Promised Refund In 2020, Turbotax messed up my 2019 filing. They did not handle my electric vehicle rebates correctly, and my e-return was rejected by the IRS. They apologized and promised a refund, which I never received. I had to go to H&R Block to file a paper return. I am still awaiting the refund from TurboTax from 2019.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Schedule C I was very upset I had to pay extra due to self employment. at first I selected the free file option and took multiple internet searches to figure out why my business credits were not being applied. I eventually figured it out, but it cost me almost $200 dollars extra. Very sad in my surprise this was offered on IRS website as a free option. It worked out tho, will probably use next year because it was still cheaper than HR Block.
