Rated 5 out of 5 by from thank you turbotax makes it easy and quick for me to file. I DONT know much about taxes or how to file them. but coming to turbo tax i dont have to really know anything they make it easy to flow through and comprend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a horrible experience After upselling me on premier features and charging my credit card, Tubrotax showed me where that product had failed. And the fix was broken. I was completely unable to fix my tax return and I missed the tax deadline. I waited on hold for 2 hours to reach a customer service agent and then waited in mostly in silence on the phone with him for an additional 45 minutes. He told me he would send a link for me to request a refund. I did not receive that link. It really sucks that since TurboTax has begun to hawk their specialist services, the online product has gotten more difficult and in my case impossible to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from too expensive Very uspet to see they charged me twice. Once to file an extension as I was waiting on a form, then again after I got the form to submit it. This is the last year we will use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is horrible Not user friendly, not transparent about fees and costs upfront. Wouldn't allow me to file at all without paying for a higher tier because I had claimed retirement funds - wouldn't allow me to not claim those funds in order to stay at a lower price point tier. Rejected my state filing and I'm pretty confident that will be rejected again because there was no difference in information. Always confusing. Always a thousand hoops to jump through. This is my last year of paying this much to be this frustrated.
