Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is worth the investment and I'm tight I just can't get with the program that it costs for quality, I understand. Just dont get with the program. I have a business so naturally I have to pay for that. But compared to other software I cam out ahead and had a better refund. I'll be back.

Love ability to import from financial statements, but had to dig into printed statements to get details for FTC. Had to REALLY dig to determine how some figures were derived, leading to me correcting some input numbers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and convienant Feel convenient that my taxes are done right. My daughter, the CPA referred years ago and been using since. Haven't had any issues, considering that my taxes are some what complicated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FRUSTRATED & Taken Advantage of The website worked fine, but at the end it said I owed 178 for the "free" version which included the 59 for the state. I tried to take the 119 off but it didn't let me. I only did the 1040 (no extra stuff at all) It took less than 30 minutes and it still charged me WAY too much. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better I have to file a federal and two state returns each year. The TurboTax version I purchase includes federal and one state, so I have to pay for the other state, and then TurboTax charges me a fee to e-file that second state as well. I'd be ok with having to pay for the calculations if e-filing was included in the price. Plus, last year, I received notification from TurboTax that there was an issue with one of the state returns because of an error in their software that caused me to owe the state $200.
