Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow connection to the Intuit Store Once I got the software up and running all was fine until I tried to e-file. Anytime it has to connect to the store, like to when paying the e-file fee, I had to go into my task manager and end as many tasks as possible. It took me at least 20 minutes to get through all the stages to make a simple payment. I hope this is fixed by next year because if it isn't, I will stop using this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I absolutely loved my experience this year, the only thing that was missing for me was the ability to see the field and worksheets. I had an interesting situation with qualified dividends that were not taxed and it was not apparent why my tax bill was lower than expected. That said TurboTax got it right!

I was very anxious starting my taxes this year because of all the places I had to work taking care of people with covid!! By using Live Premier, all of my angst went out the door and I filed with confidence this year!! She was extremely thorough, professional and easy with whom to work!! 10/10 all day!
