Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great Tried to do the free edition and once we got to the end it wouldn't let us continue without paying. Then gave us the option to pay now or with our return and didn't tell us it would charge us $40 JUST to pay using our return until the very end.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FEE FOR ALL STARTED OUT FREE THEN FORCED TO UPGRADE THEN CHARGED A FEE FOR METHOD OF RECEIVING ALTHOUGH IT SHOWED A FREE ELECTRONIC FILING OPTION IN THE REQUIRED AGREEMENT FORMS I STILL WAS ASSESSED A $40.00 FEE. WILL NOT USE AGAIN NEXT YEAR. WENT FROM FREE TO $160 REALLY FAST... 1ST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER...HAD TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO MAKE SURE I WOULDNT BE CHARGED A FEE FOR THIS REVIEW.
