Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very convenient when I had an issue I'm overseas and it was a bit of a problem when I tried to schedule a call back because they ask for a US phone number! Therefore, it was impossible to schedule a call. I has to use the chat and luckily it worked out but not my first preference.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax MAKES IT HARD! TURBOTAX CONSTANTLY ASKS YOU TO UPGRADE TO PAY THEM MORE MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING EXCEPT USING THE APP. THE SO-CALLED ASSISTANCE IS ZERO. I GIVE IT A 1👎!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but still highly frustrating I find that the program keeps asking the same questions. I had to answer ones about my foreign bank accounts, whether or not I sold a digital asset, etc. at least THREE times. Isn't the program recording the answers the first time?
