Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax 2019 Deluxe can't efile any ammendments TurboTax 2019 Deluxe PC software is okay except for when you have to ammend a return a year or more later it won't allow you to efile the ammended returns even when the IRS started allowing you to efile ammended returns. TurboTax didn't update their software or allow us to efile the ammended returns forcing us to print them out and mail them manually. Not only is this a pain in the butt, but their software prints out un-needed pages mixed in with the required pages. On top of that if you try to print out forms double sided, the software does not arrange the page boundaries to print out double sided properly causing you to have to manually select each of the pages to print out correctly double sided. What a pain and oversight that they don't fix these problems. This is why I rate it 3 stars for now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unresolved data mapping error after support call Spent 2 hours with phone support (case # 476734525) and confirmed there were data transfer errors occurring between the 'Step-by-Step"(S) data entry and Form (F) level. Data entered for box 5 amounts at the "S" level end up in box named '(does not apply) at the "F" level. This would be box 6 on the official IRS form. Similarly amount entered on line 9b "S" level are transferred to box 5 at the "F" level. Attempts to override at the "F" level caused box 5 entry at "S" level to be erased and left blank.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bug in Mortgage calc - not fixed for 2+ years There is a bug in the mortgage interest deduction calculation for high balance loans with refinancing within the tax year. Reported in several threads online... 2+ years ago... never fixed. Moderators closed threads by pointing to a useless answer. Disappointing.
