Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was good. Overall the experience was positive. The only complaint I think is that is logs you out too quick. As I was getting asked for information, your site would log you out. This was cumbersome. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax for Y2020 under Windows 7 Bummer! Turbotax 2020 would not install on my high-end Windows 7 PC. Intuit could have included a disclaimer that their long-term, loyal end-users would sign off on as a pre-condition for installing Turbotax 2020 on a Windows 7 computer, rendering them harmless for errors specific to older Windows operating systems. Instead, I had to lay out almost $5K on an equivalent laptop running Windows 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax live full service is amazing! I got most of the way through doing my taxes but I was unsure on a couple things. I finally got an expert and sent them all my info. What an incredible relief. It's well worth the charge and I will absolutely use this service again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Technical glitches & useless help section Several times (especially when pulling up a form) the program would not respond and I'd have to close out and come back in. Also, it took me forever to find a worksheet explaining how TurboTax calculated the tax due amount. Finally found it on Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Worksheet. Help section was no use. Whatever I searched did not help.

Also, I couldn't figure out the price until it was too late to finish. I've used turbo tax for years and this one will be my last.
