"Tax Experts" seemed only partially knowledgeable on my questions (or just didn't care a whole lot), it's difficult to see how the numbers are actually calculated, and flip back and forth from the forms to the easy file.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Live Deluxe version not really worth the extra $ I tried to engage a "LIVE" turbo tax expert but got routed to a bot. I had a very simple question about whether or not I'd need to digitally sign my return, but couldn't get a simple answer. I paid for a "live" agent version of turbotax and feel it was not worth it.
