What is very annoying is the requirement for entering password and credit info more than once, amplified by getting a phone code to complete filing. The $25.00 state electronic filing fee also encourages mail-ins.

My only criticism is I like to put the information from my financial institutions myself and don't want to see how to query my financial institutions for the data. I do want the program to have the ability to get the data, but only if I ask for it.
