I needed help with tax returns, I paid $430.00 for a “Live Help” 4 times, 4 times, it connected me to “product expert” which means, they don’t know anything about tax return explanations!!!! I started at 9AM and finished at 7PM! AT last, the “product expert” connected me with TAX RETURN EXPERT, high is what I needed all along!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is awesome turbo tax is so easy to use, it does all the work for you. I am computer illiterate, and this is the 3rd year in a row that i'm using it. I am so pleased with my results. I don't worry about being audited, because i know my returns are completed correctly.
