WALTER PATIENTLY TRANSITIONED US FROM TURBO TAX FREE TO DELUXE AND THEN TOOK US THROUGH OUR FEDERAL RETURN POINT BY POINT (SOMETIMES MORE THAN ONCE) UNTIL NOT ONLY WE, BUT HE, WAS SURE OF THE RETURN'S ACCURACY. IN ALL, WALTER SPENT OVER AN HOUR ASSISTING AND REVIEWING OUR FEDERAL RETURN UNTIL WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. WE CANNOT OVEREMPHASIZE HOW GRATEFUL WE ARE FOR WALTER'S ASSISTANCE, HE SAVED US A LOT OF HEADACHE, ANXIETY AND GOT US A SUBSTANTIAL REFUND. THANK YOU, WALTER!!!
