Rated 3 out of 5 by from Multiple mistakes in 2020 Multiple misspellings. Error in functionality...It kept asking me for the date of sale of my house, for Capital Gains filing. I did not sell my house!! It ultimately forced me to make up a date in order to allow me to file. I hope that this does not create a problem. I did not sell my house!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service A certified CPA is cheaper, more personalized and more worthwhile: I reached out a couple of times after paying for the added feature and not needing it to see if I could change the program. Even with paying for the added service to have live help, you can't get live help. I will be looking for a CPA next year as it will be less expensive and I can get live help. Turbotax is a cheap software program whose only benefit was a live person and support in case of audit, but now you can't even get support for the most minor of questions, I can only imagine getting help when it is really needed.
