Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awesome! Very easy to enter all info that I assembled ahead of time. Very easy to see what's been entered and make changes on the fly. It collected all my infor from the prior year, making it even quicker to get done this year.

Everything went great with one exception: the state info on form 1099-b should give a better definition of what a Recipient state is. I couldn't find the info on my 1099-b form anywhere, so I had to put in my state address (according to everything I searched for answers). If it is supposed to be the individual who the tax info is for, you should explain who it is better. Such as, where the taxpayer lives or state where your account is set up ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The live help was a lifesaver I met with a few people on live to talk thru our return as it was our first time filing for our small business that unfortunately tanked last year. Nonetheless, each expert was extremely helpful in getting us the information and tips we need to get the most out of our refund. Rich, a tax expert of over 35 years, was one who really stuck out and gave us so much knowledge about filing taxes as a business! He was extremely pleasant to talk to and again very well-experienced. Overall, this is my 8th year using turbo tax and each time its the easiest, most seamless tool when it comes to filing taxes - thanks TurboTax :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was a horror compared to 2021 Program In the past, you could easily look up the forms and correct/learn while entering data. The worst horror was having the filing note errors, but would NOT take you to the problem and allow editing. Have to go to the topics and try to find errors and correct. Was NOT user friendly. Sad, been using your product for 15 years and this was the worst. Also, no tax credits for donations, really a bad testimony for charity.
