Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed, wont use again This service was extremely underwhelming, definitely not worth the $359 I paid for, felt no different than the self/service option, the tax expert didn't reply on time ever, was hard to get in touch for an explanation of the returns prepared, and the explanation was not satisfying or easy to understand. Would rather pay the same or less for an in-person tax accountant next time.
