Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many glitch and issues with turbo Tax this yea I had too many issues with Turbotax software this year. I compared turbotax online results with desktop and received different tax due. I contacted support and spent hours trying to figure out the issue no one was able to explain why. I dealt with incompetent customer service rep that gave me completely wrong advice. List goes on and on...Not sure what the issue is this year but unlike my past experiences i had too many issues this year and more than likely will switch to another provider next year,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from downgrade they didn't have the question bubble by each place you were supposed to input some information or for additional help. it wouldn't import my banks stuff, even though it has in the past. usually it has a link. it said there was a link, but there was no link on the page.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Full Service feels bare I was expecting more features, trackers, updates, and visibility while using the full service version. It was very expensive to include the self-employed version we apparently needed and yet it came with nothing but a chat and a button to add documents. I was very disappointed with the level of insight the website provides. Didn't even have a clue what the balance owed was as it added up and was hit with a whopping $28k tax bill - the largest of our entire lives. Our tax pro was great, she was prompt and answered the chat. But the actual turbo tax side of things was bare. No features, no visibility. Just waiting and wondering.
