Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still A Great Product Still a great product; however, some of the directions are a little ambiguous and difficult to understand what they are trying to tell you to do. It added a lot of time to have to reread the directions or caused me to have to go back and redo things. But still, the outcome as great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many Frustrating Experiences Software download was hard to find online and online browser filing makes it seem like you need to re-pay for a product you already purchase. Many times the continue button on popup screens was almost unclickable to advance the filing. Had to pull the window up as far as it would go to reveal only a fraction of the continue button. Filing auto completed state tax and went to review for the entire form without bringing me to the deductions page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome Except... I didn't like the review when it asked for clarification but it didn't really help finding the answer. Bring up a picture of the document where I can find the answer or where the empty spot that TT needs my clarification. Not a fan of finding out at the end that you need to double my cost because your product I'm using is not cutting it. Also, $39 to pay you through my refund check? Really?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made my changes easy I needed help this getting past a move and crypto taxes. To break that out: crypto with multiple exchanges can get crazy. The move meant the sell of a home and the purchase of a home plus taxes for two different states. I'm glad I had the TurboTax experts helping me out.
