Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult product-NO INTERFACE w/Online Version!!! Attempted to use Support - but 3 calls and no one could answer my specific questions. Took MONTHS to fumble through the errors and corrections (seemed to be largely quirks w/ TT Business software itself) and only finished through trial and error. Hours and hours and hours and hours of my time. If I'd had a bunch of $$$ laying around, paying someone would be the only way to go. The idea that this program cannot interface with its online counterpart or Quickbooks Online!!!! is stupefying. This product is just. plain. awful.

TT standard approach was to disposition each depreciated asset individually and require an apportioned sale price on Form 4797. Easier approach was to disposition real estate plus added assets on Schedule D as one item. Super simple. Should provide the option and associated guidance.
