The ability to pre-fill data from the previous year's returns and import most other information is great. Expert assistance when needed and audit assistance is confidence building. Great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is getting closer to be totally awesome!! I've been using TurboTax online for ~3 years now, since the CD version wouldn't work because my PC is still on Windows 7. Generally VERY pleased with the online data storage and quick login. Data extraction from my scanned .pdf files (e.g. 1099-DIVs) still needs improvement; doesn't capture joint owners ("Both of us") and often misses data from important cells. The most annoying issue is that when logging back in to TTax, often starts from personal info section rather than where I last left off. I can deal with these shortcomings though. V/R, Craig
