Rated 1 out of 5 by from Their Desktop App is a Nightmare If you're just doing a very simple tax return then TurboTax is great. But through the process of trying to amend my taxes I realized how poorly setup everything really is. They forced my to download the 2019 version of their horrible application to do the amendment, and it was all such a pain. On top of that it always gave me options to print out a copy of my amended return, but apparently its too difficult to just have a "save as PDF" button so I can have it virtually. Really just such unneeded pain, if you're going to make us use your app then make the app intuitive in at least the slightest way. Poor job.
