Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2020 Turbo Tax has been a NIGHTMARE I have spent the past two days trying to file my federal and state returns. I am at the point of trying to have the state fee charged to my credit card. I was provided with verification numbers and then the system freezes. I have tried to telelphne Turbo Tax at 1 800 446 8848 which is no help. I have used Turbo Tax for the past ten years without issues. Please I beg of you I need assistance of a customer service person.
