Rated 1 out of 5 by from The system crashed It was horrible the system crashed It says I filed my tax returns on May 18 even thought at first is said may 17 and than my state returns filed may 17 not sure what is going on with the system but I am hoping Turbo tax will fix this so I do not get penalized.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TECHNICAL PROBLEMS After moving app to new laptop it would no longer load the State or allow me to continue with my return. Intuit was unable to fix the problem and did not offer any alternate solution or refund. Had to pay twice for State.

I love how Turbo Tax will reference publications if I would like to learn more about the subject. I believe Turbo Tax has helped me understand the taxes a bit better. I've been using it for over 10 years now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what is used to be. Very disappointed with this year's program. Mortgage interest calculations were/are messed up. The "help" was not much. I should not have to "grab my calculator" and "estimate" anything.
