One of my W2s had already been uploaded to them by my employer so I didn't need to enter any information. I've used TurboTax for free for years and plan to continue using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great real-time support! Having transferred a mortgage to a HELOC, I had several questions while filling out my return. Each TurboTax professional was helpful, courteous, and patient with my questions. I definitely will continue to use TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did my taxes for the first time! I finally attempted to do my taxes by myself, and it went so well that I wish I would have been doing them all along. The thought of doing my own taxes stressed me out, but it ended up being easier than I imagined. When something wasn't clear I was able to click a button for more information.

TurboTax is the first service that I've used where I didn't get a pounding headache and cry tears of frustration. I definitely had better results with TurboTax. I highly recommend and actually look forward to next year's taxes if you can believe that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live assistance via Chat was Excellent I was having so much trouble with a module and couldn't move forward with e-filing until I could rectify the one issue found on my state returns. Keneisha was so helpful and connected to my screen to assist me. She was so thorough it didn't take long at all to be able to e-file both of my returns.
