Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is excellent I really like the product. I had trouble writing over my previous year's TurboTax return because the process seems to be much more hidden that it should be. I had to get a LIVE Person from TurboTax to help me through that and he had some trouble also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Might as well add a fee when you end up paying one I have filed with Turbo tax for quite a few year now & I remember when it was TOTALLY FREE.. especially when i work so hard all year long to not even see A QUARTER OF TAXES BACK.... ITS SAD.... what i paid in fees to file this year has just gotten worse... Roughly $130 you made off of me to file my own taxes... i can understand a minimum fee but come on now... keeps this way i wont file here next year.. could do it for less at H&R block..... Also plan to go to college this fall... very hard when i went to part time for this and you get NO incentive or enough cash to try to save especially after dealing with covid and daily life changing consistently... Gas prices are becoming outrageous.I hope this changes before next tax season or i wont file here again...

I have changed what needs tp be changed, fixed what needs tk be fixed and it continues to say it isn't done yet. So I need answers because I can't afford to not receive my refund. FIX IT!!!
