Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did my taxes for the first time! I finally attempted to do my taxes by myself, and it went so well that I wish I would have been doing them all along. The thought of doing my own taxes stressed me out, but it ended up being easier than I imagined. When something wasn't clear I was able to click a button for more information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST ONLINE TAX PREP I have tried other highly rated online tax services which I found to be very confusing. TurboTax is the first service that I've used where I didn't get a pounding headache and cry tears of frustration. I definitely had better results with TurboTax. I highly recommend and actually look forward to next year's taxes if you can believe that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live assistance via Chat was Excellent I was having so much trouble with a module and couldn't move forward with e-filing until I could rectify the one issue found on my state returns. Keneisha was so helpful and connected to my screen to assist me. She was so thorough it didn't take long at all to be able to e-file both of my returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great This is my first time using Turbo Tax, so it was a little confusing. But I have to admit it was easier than doing the taxes manually. I will use Turbo Tax again, for sure.

It does cost more but once you've used it it's nice that your info carries over...price has gone up over the years. really like the feature that has a link to explain what something means, just wish it had it everywhere...but if you search the internet with the turbo tax term and add turbotax name itself they have explanations, like 'investment at risk' and so on, be easier if those were hyperlinks like they have for the common questions because that pops up on right side of screen versus starting a new tab...better now at being able to skip so many reviews and like the 'back' feature...overall great experience...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from To many questions and irritating to utilize I will not be utilizing turbo tax again next year the system is to patchy and does not have great help bars for the premium user. Even trying to do this review is a pain in the rear end

You don't have to be any kind of expert because TurboTax spoon feeds you through the process. There are so many deductions that I never knew about before using TurboTax.
