She went above and beyond her call of duty to not only answer all my technical questions in an easy-to-understand way but also make the filing process fun. Tax expert + therapist rolled into one. Best way to do your taxes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitchy this year... I love the convenience of using Turbotax and have used it for years, but I found the Home and Business software to be a little glitchy this year. For starters, it did not transfer info from my 2019 returns. Also, the state software (MA in my case) just doesn't give enough explanation of some items, which worries me in terms of whether I'm filing accurately. For example, it says things like, "If you need to make adjustment because of differences between state and federal rules, do it here." How would I know if I need to make adjustments? I don't know the rules. That's what I count on Turbotax for. I might go with an accountant next year...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Always finding ways to charge more I want this to be a better rating due to the ease of using turbotax, but it never fails that the amount owed at the end is more than advertised. Even after buying the software to download, an extra fee was included at the end. I will be switching to another service next year.
