Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! I had used T T for years and last and this year it is terible! I filed 4 times and each time it was rejected. The IP Pin was not included but the program allowes you to file without it - only to be rejected. Moreover, data from investement banks cannot be imported any more and has to be manually entered. I'm never using Turbo Tax again! I would have saved hours doing it on paper forms. TERRIBLE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreal hassle Portia and Laura were great but OMG you deleted everything I had the first time I tried to file?! And all because there was confusion resulting from me having 2 accounts, after I called and asked you to merge them because I KNEW this was going to cause confusion. Unbelievable. I ended up having to pay TWICE. I will never use Turbo Tax again and I will not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I will steer them away. Far away!
