Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Help in Filing Taxes Turbo tax is a wonderful tool to use - however I wish it would allow you to change your mind once you set a payment - I should have had my payment taken out of my tax return but didn't realize it until after I clicked pay- live and learn I guess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rejection correction not sent on efile When asked to fix SS#, it did not fix the SS# on all the tax forms and got rejected again. Not sure what was sent after fixing the numbers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome I have used Turbo tax for 7 years now. My returns are relatively simple so paying to get them done at an accountant seemed silly. It is very easy to use and understand and it removed the apprehension I would normally have doing something of this magnitude on my own. GO TURBO TAX!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Awesome I have been a long time TT user and have always found them to be a suitable replacement for a CPA, in my situation. However, this year was horrible. I agreed to upgrade to TT Live to ensure that I could consult with a tax "expert" should any questions arise. Well arise they did.... I intially elected to speak to a TT "expert" via the phone and was told there would be one available in 25 minutes. I got a call in 13 minutes (great, right?). As soon as I started explaining my question the call was disconnected. I just knew the "expert" would call me back, but to no avail. I then elected to "Live Chat" with someone. After waiting 27 minutes to chat with someone, I was contacted. I explained my situation and question. The "expert" told me to consult asked me to share my screen and after moving the cursor around the screen and 3 min of silence, told me to consult the hyperlinks on the screen (which I had already done). When I inquired further for advice the "expert" told me she would need to consult her supervisor to see if she could transfer me to an expert. I asked, "You're not an expert?" to which she replied, "Oh no, I'm a product support representative. There is a two hour hold time to speak to an expert." Funny, I missed that factoid in the upgrade marketing for the product.
