Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was just helpful Turbo tax failed to accurately import all my transactions. A lot of manual editing was required. There were some misleading or incomplete guides - particularly about options trade - sold versus expired.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as quick and easy as it used to be System didn't automatically pull in my tax documents from financial institutions so I had to manually type in a lot. System did not pull in multiple documents from the same institution so I had to manually type in the second set. Had to erase and restart twice due to glitches; "third times a charm" - very frustrating. Live chat help was not helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped Tremendously! I had errors that caused a rejection, turbotax didn't forget me when i forgot to correct the errors with 9 days to spare both returns were accepted. Thanks turbotax for not giving up on me. I get back $1500...woohoo!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets it done. I filled a tax return at the start of April and they got it done in merely 7-8 days! The service and hostility is on another level and would recommend this to anyone that needs assistance for taxes especially the new ones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is meh. It's long, tedious, questionable, and suspect. They don't actually tell you how much you owe, until you enter your credit card info. Usually, the total owed is very obvious. It says your order is complete, then you get the actual total.

I've mostly caught on, but I hate completing a page--assuming it's required...only to find out it's Turbotax trying to (again) essentially trick me into agreeing to release unnecessary private information or purchase a more expensive product. The burden shouldn't be on the customer to read fine print at every stage--about anything other than their tax situation.
