Since then every year we are sent a IRS IP PIN. we use the desktop not online version. The TT interview never asks for the IP PIN so you have tom know to enter it and then override the system and find the place to enter the information

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality declining I used to be a fan of Turbo Tax but this year there seem to be more hard failures in the product. The experience is not as good as it used to be. Additionally you used to be able to file without creating an account, I already purchased the product, forcing me to open the account and add data does nothing for the customer except put your data in another location to remember and put it at risk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was user friendly and supportive! I haven't used TurboTax in a couple of years because I remember just how difficult it used to be to use. I was extremely weary. However, it was so user friendly and I felt supported with the little blurbs throughout the whole process. So grateful to have a good experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 It's convenient, helps me to organize my hard copy info efficiently. It can get cumbersome, asks too many questions irrelevant to my situation. A bit of a challenge when I needed to change some information previously entered.
