Unfortunately, I purchased the CD Deluxe format, entered 98% of my return and then learned through your Support Line, I can't enter my Crypto incomes! I was very unhappy & per Tech support, I had to purchase Premier & then start using your Online application & START OVER all my data entry. I was instructed to do this over the phone, At the end of my return, I had to pay an addtional $75, which I was unaware of. However my return was totally entered & I paid AGAIN. So 3x was not expected. Please in the future, if you produce a Program, make sure the taxpayer can enter ALL TYPES OF REQUIRED INCOMES & avoid paying for 3 different Intuit products for one Tax return. My understanding when I paid the 2nd time with the Intuit Tech on the phone instructing me ....meant I was good to re-enter data & finish. It was quite a suprise when another payment request appeared. I'm a reasonable business person & have used your products in my business for 20+ years,,,never experienced this confusion. I also want to say the 2 Tech support individuals were professional, sensitive to me having to enter my taxes TWICE in different programs & very understanding of the inconvenience. On 2nd call, the Tech advised me that I should've been advised to go directly to the ONLINE program. Hopefully, you can avoid this from happening to anyone else. The software was user friendly for the most part. I only had two questions, both involved Crypto income. In the end, I'm done but not sure 3 purchases on my part were actually required or fair. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Sucks!!! I hate Turbo Tax! You won't give a copy of the returns until the bitter end. Your program is not user friendly and I had a hard time finding a way to enter the spouses information!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very convenient. Have 1 feedback I have been using TurboTax every year for as long as I can remember, more than 20 years. It has been a very convenient tax tool for me and family. I have one item to raise. For the last few years I have the High Deductible Health Insurance through my employer. In every year's TurboTax version, it asked about my spouse's coverage. When I answered that my wife is covered under my insurance, it always said that there is a lapse in her insurance coverage. I have never been able to understand why TurboTax determined that she had a lapse in her health insurance coverage. Every year I assumed that it is a bug in the TurboTax, and I just ignored it.
