Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax sucks Every year you ADD a form I don't need and it takes me forever to get rid of it before I can efile. Not only that, but the downloaded Fed and State Deluxe no longer seems to cover State efile, and instead of the $20 fee, you charged me $25.00.

Overall, it's very helpful & convenient to do taxes, but you need to pay attention to the results since the software definitely has it's quirks & bugs each year that could have a significant negative impact on your taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blindsided after putting all my info in I didn't like that they made me upgrade in order to process a certain educational tax credit at the end, after I had spent an hour on the tax return. Everything went smoothly, though.
