Rated 2 out of 5 by from After 20 years I will not be coming back This year Turbo Tax Self-Employed said I was ready to file before it asked me my Schedule C questions, and getting to the Schedule C was so difficult and hidden that I needed to call Customer Service. The gentleman was lovely and helped me navigate the hidden nuances of the software to get me to where I needed to be. When I did file, my return was rejected, so I made another phone call to Customer Service. Again, a lovely agent helped me navigate the twists and turns that no layperson could figure out. Too many problems with Turbo Tax this year, and I have lost trust in the product. I will give my tax preparation fees to a local human next year.
