Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2021 TurboTax Been using Turbo Tax for years and this is the first year I had trouble with line items no lining up. You phone employees were no help. I needed someone who was familiar with farm taxes and no help. Was provided incorrect information on how to report the sale of our bred cattle. I hope you stand behind your program if it calculated incorrectly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some Major Gaps Too much promotion of additional services and lack of transparency as to functionality of each version. I had some simple capital gains to report from a stock sale and the recommendation was from the Premier version when the Deluxe version was perfectly adequate. I have been a TT customer for 10+ years and the cross selling and upselling seems to get worse each year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tries to trick you into more expensive option Constantly gives you pages where you have to reselect the cheaper option. Then tries to get you to give consent for them to use all your personal info, and makes it seem like you have to accept to continue. Very misleading.
