Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes tax preparation a pleasant experience. Turbo Tax makes what used to be a drawn out and tedious process quick and painless. After initially setting up an account, the program automatically populates my returns with my personal information and imports the figures from my W-2. It allows me to easily compare information from my prior year returns. Corrections can be made at any time to a particular form and carry through the whole return, which beats having to redo math with paper forms. There are plenty of self-help articles associated with individual entries if you have questions about a particular subject. Plus the program has performed flawlessly every time I have used it. The presentation is visually attractive, instructions are very clearly written, response time is quick and I have never run into any glitches / hangups. There are multiple options for filing, payment of fees and payment of taxes due or delivery of refunds. This is a great program and actually makes the process pleasant. I love the digital age!
