Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax NEEDs more legible web-design! I like using TurboTax, the actual entry/data-lookup/tax-prep part. But the web design is horrible for anyone who does not have perfect vision. Never use light-gray fonts on white or gray backgrounds! Very hard ot read. Please bump up the font sizes slightly, and preferably add a "dark mode" or "high contrast" mode. And fix/remove whatever is blocking the Google "High Contrast" extension, which is my usual go-to fix for this sort of poor design. Maybe try running usability testing with folks who have less-than-perfect vision? Nearsighted or 50-60+.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from have used it for over a decade We have been using Turbo tax for a long time each time someone tells us about how good their tax guy is, he does not get the returns we get with turbo tax so easy to use, it walks you through so much stuff it seems like you would need a computer asking you to remember it all, opps you do have a computer with upgrades to the tax code each time you turn it on, no individual guy is as prepped as that

Rated 1 out of 5 by from can't do multiple returns online I used the online version and you cannot do dependent's taxes like you can with the download version. not sure why. Also had difficulty downloading bank information. I had to catch 2 errors on my own that the system missed etc... I have used software for 10 years but this years was not as good or accurate as the past.
