The tax experts were knowledgeable while still being very personable and patient using terminology I could understand and relate to. They made what is normally a very stressful time for me, a very enjoyable experience! I will never file without using TurboTax again. Very grateful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from East to use. The only problem I have is with my pension income. It always asks if it is a "RMD" . It is not, but always says that that is not the normal, If I say "YES", it messes with my state tax. What should it be?

Just selected the incorrect service, thought the delux would maybe be different. What I'm trying to say is that you can do if by yourself and quickly just chatting with their experts and answering the software's questions. Still, do not regret using them since me and my husband were filling for the first time in the US. Would use and recommend their service.
