Couldn't enter activation through Microsoft Edge and had to change resolution to 800X600. Did my taxes but when it came to e-file and pay for the e-file the pop-up window wouldn't allow me to pay. Called support got transferred 3 times and no one could help me. Made my default browser Google and still to see if that worked, nothing changed. Googled the issue and saw some say the downloaded Java, restarted the computer and the made their resolution 100%. That finally worked but no one at TurboTax solved my problem.
