Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees and Lack of Customer Service Turbo Tax claims to be affordable, but has hidden fees all over the place. First, they automatically start you on the deluxe pack - you have to search for the "free" option. Then, by the time you realize what's happened, it's too late to go back and fix it. Lastly, they charge up to $40 to take your payment out of your tax return. And it's not guaranteed. I still haven't gotten my tax return from 2019, and all they have said, even though I purchased the deluxe package, was "it's out of our control." Thanks, Turbotax, for the "highest return" I've ever gotten. The only thing I'd give you 5 stars on is the worst tax years and services I've ever gotten.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NO REAL HELP WHEN RETURNS ARE REJECTED Problems with duplicate 1099-R entries. These were imported so it is difficult do know what is wrong. Finally deleted all the Vanguard entries and entered by hand.
