I will never use your services again, nor will I ever recommend anyone I know use you either. I had to refile my taxes twice because a form was required that you didn't have a place to fill out. Then after ages of searching on your automated customer service, I finally found it for myself and you would let me refile unless I paid you a ridiculous amount of money. Being forced to pay $152 so I can claim a $2 credit I didn't even want is absolutely ridiculous.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State tax return prompt needs work In Florida s-corps don't have to file state taxes if there isn't any federal liability. REALLY lame that it knows I have 0 liability and still pushed me to buy the state return package.

My tax rep, Mark, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fast. I am confident I made the right choice in letting TurboTax do my returns for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of delays The TurboTax experts were fine, but the whole process took much longer than I expected and seemed to be filled with delays. I started two months before the deadline, had a lot of back and forth with my original expert (Joe), only to be transferred to a new person shortly after the tax deadline. The new person (Matt) was much more responsive, and he pushed to get it done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tricked into upgrading! I like Turbo Tax and have used it to file my taxes myself since 2011. There has never been a problem! This year I sold my home and was prompted to upgrade to Premier from Deluxe, so I did so, thinking it was required. However at the end when I was ready to file, I read a comment that since I didn't have to claim my profit, I didn't have to use Premier. So I spent 2 hours trying to downgrade back to Deluxe. I couldn't do it and got a headache so bad that I am still reeling!
