I made an error on my 2017 form that moved to my 2018 form which could have been solved with better answer links in the software. Your "what's this" links do not provide nearly enough information. You should include additional links within the answers for those of us who have big questions. I found the answer online 2 years too late.

There was always a pro ready and willing to help when I had a question. On the three times I asked for help they were willing and able to help above and beyond what asked. I think I won't question who I'll use next year and in the further future. It'll be Turbo Tax!
