I've used TurboTax for many years, and am completely satisfied with the experience...with the ease of manually imputing required information to the information transferred by TurboTax from previous years' filing. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best TurboTax is improving every year. In 2020, it allows scanned W2s to be uploaded and it read them correctly. Also, the correction page is a lot better, not like before when you cannot figure out how to correct a line in a worksheet. I have been using TurboTax for more than ten years and wonder why people still go to a tax preparer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SHOULD MOVE IRS IPIN screen to final screen Love turbotax, but each year I make the same mistake; I forget to input the IRS IPIN because I anticipate that the prompt will be given at the end when I'm ready to submit. I have to wait for the error message to back and input the information. this should be moved to the end where I am inputting my personal information.

I am usually a big fan of Turbo Tax, but I was surprised by how many times I clicked "Learn More" to find out more about specific tax options, documents, etc... and the response was "No info provided". I usually depend on that information because I need the assistance doing my taxes. Seems like Turbo Tax only wanted me to pay the extra $$$ to get the tax assistance from a "representative" than to have the program actually help with doing taxes. A little disappointed with that this year.
