Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Actually Like It! No one really "likes" doing their taxes but Turbo Tax makes it painless by taking you step by step throughout the process. I also like how it auto-populates my documents from my financial institutions. If there are any questions there are dialogue boxes that quickly and easily explain the question.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but getting lengthy. I have used TurboTax for years but seems like the process is getting more lengthy as the years go by. Understand that tax law change. Maybe some help understanding better when certain areas need review. Not always easy to navigate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expedient and accurate When I first started using Turbo Tax, I continued to also process my returns manually with the paper form and booklets to compare. After a few years I was confident that Turbo Tax accurately reflected my taxes and even found me deductions I may not have known about otherwise. Now with data from prior years carrying forward and easy to follow step by step approach I get done far quicker than when I did it manually.

One issue I had was the live person I talked to through text had a tough time understanding a simple question and couldn't answer my simple question but I figured it out on my own anyways. Other than that it was a good experience.
