Caused a few rough moments...I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 yr now. Last year I had a nice chat with the IRS, since they didn't know what type of pension teachers get, and wanted to overtax us. We got MAX because I am not going through that again! I gave hubby chest pains, because while entering numbers somehow a document got selected--was it a 2110?--and it caused us to OWE the IRS $4600! Thank God, the "instant help" showed me how to delete the mystery form--and knock about $4K off the total that resulted from my error! You guys really need to rig the program so it doesn't let me access forms that don't pertain to me. If it wasn't for Turbo Tax, I don't know how I'd do taxes like I did back in the old days.

Simple for anyone to useThis is my third year using turbo tax and I have to say it gets easier and easeir every year to file my taxes. Thank you guys for being the medium, as a college student I dread paper work and trying to gather every important form needed for one task. Turbo tax has always taken care of me and I will continue to be a returning customer so long as it's easy to use.

Buggy This YearI have used TurboTax online for at least 10 years and TurboTax tools for about 20 years to do my taxes and this year something is definitely wrong with the tool. I had data on my car registration reimbersement info that would not delete and transferred bad data to my state return. I also didn't have a 1099-DIV form and deleted it multiple times but it kept coming back and when I created my state form the 1099-DIV state worksheet required me to fill out where my $0 dividend came from.

Hides infoYou should probably tell people up front you have to buy Deluxe if they sold stock. Disingenuous to hide that to the end. Same thing when prompting payment of returns. Just tell people there's a fee to pay by credit card before they enter in the information.
