Rated 4 out of 5 by from A couple irritating glitches TT kept wanting me to complete a 1099-B worksheet to document the sale of a property. Except I did not sell a property in 2020. Turbo tax does not handle multiple 1099-Qs well either. Other than that, a good experience

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product; excellent user interface! As a software analyst (who also works on payroll and tax software and documentation), I applaud TurboTax's easy to use interface! I love it. The format and color are simple and the help functions embedded in labels are actually helpful and written clearly. It is sometimes difficult to find certain places inside the workflow, but the "jump to" feature works as expected. Knowing how complicated taxes really are on the back-end, I am impressed. I did a refinance this year and was worried about how it would turn out, and it was simple. Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crypto taxes nightmare! I spent over about 6 hours manually checking and typing in my crypto, even after paying for coin tracker, all the buy and sells were inaccurate. Please simplify crypto-taxes! Also please specify which column to look at on the w2's, sometimes i couldn't tell if i should be looking at state taxes or local taxes etc.
