Unfortunately: 1) the navigation within the program is more difficult. 2) the pages of displayed information can NOT be printed to better assist in the research of select topics. 3) they are continuously trying to sell you on their programs and add-ons.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thorough but error checking is very unfriendly thorough walk through the different options and scenarios. error checking is very clunky and takes you through the physical location but have to be extremely careful how to change it. tax advice and support are lacking

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Consistent I never thought I could do my own taxes! 4 years in a row and it has been a wild ride...With covid, new careers and different living situations - turbo tax has overall been good to me. The only caveat were the relentless ads for upgrades, especially when doing it for small business...At the end of the day, turbo tax has got my back and it's been great. Thanks!
