Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live has too long of a turnaround time Turbo Tax is anything but turbo. The process took over 3 weeks to have my taxes completed. As a business owner who typically owes taxes each year, this is a potential issue. I could have had my taxes done by a professional for the same amount of money in a couple of hours. My filer was also not from CA or even the west coast. He worked on EST which made replying to my inquiries even more difficult as I was not available during his working hours. Filers should, in the very least, live and work in the same Time Zone and preferably from the same State as they're filing for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better So I have a very simple trust to care for. I hate doing it, but I'm stuck being the Trustee. So I've been fighting getting the tax done for a years now. This year I tried TurboTax Business. A lot better. No insane loops to figure out, no fighting the interface, just input the data, print out the forms. Only wished I'd had it last year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use! This is the 8th year we have filed with turbo tax and we haven't been disappointed yet! It is easy to use, provides easy to understand instructions, and clarifies points if you have questions. We have also used audit protection and were audited in 2019. Our tax attorney from intuit has been very helpful and cut our work down to almost nothing! I definitely recommend this tax return platform!
