Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Experience These people truly seem to be trying their best but it seems that whatever performance or financial review standards they are held to by TurboTax are causing poor customer experiences. I started the process originally the first week of March. My accountant at the time was ready to file and just needed me to review what she had prepared. She then deleted the progress and dropped me as a client because I was out of town and unable to review during that time. When I contacted customer support they were not helpful in answering if that timeline was a standard SLA across all TurboTax accountants but rather they turned the blame on me to tell me it was my fault for not responding. Then I re-enrolled for TurboTax premier and my new accountant took weeks to reply to me. I had uploaded all of my documentation but still received notifications that I was missing information however my accountant would not reply and the website would not show what was missing. Additionally, my live help profile was not accurately updated and would say "we'll let you know when we start working on your return" when I was told it was in progress or would say "We're still working on your return" when I was told it was ready for my review. Again, I truly believe these people were working to the best of their ability but unfortunately this was a poor experience for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There were some hiccups, but with help, did OK I know TTax and its methodology from years of using it. There are some questions that do not make it clear what is being asked for ... the casual user probably has to consult a person with knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax and easy to use Live chat experts were readily available. The computer froze and had to be restarted in the process. All documents were saved and I was able to continue at the point where I had to restart the computer. Turbo Tax is user friendly.
